From 22 July, the new kitchen course of Angelo FiorisiA well-constructed, imaginative and technically impeccable summer menu is based on well-thought-out and well-matched seasonal ingredients.

Here is the preview menu:

The restaurant Al Baliaggio is located in Venosa (Pz) in a historic residence dating back to the 15th century: the Palazzo del Baliaggio. Here Angelo Fiorisi has built his gastronomic identity, with a path of constant growth that expresses his talent and passion for the world of cooking. All dishes are always linked to his personal history and the surrounding territory, with measured creative touches and interesting combinations that never bore the palate.

During the summer season, with the space in the palace courtyard, the atmosphere is unique and makes for a unique combination with the cuisine.
