For all 'ice cream lovers' here's an appointment to mark on your calendar and not to be missed! Saturday 11 June will stage the first edition of the 'Ice Cream Festival' a Melfi. An event conceived by Antonio Volpe and realised with the collaboration of Francis and Antonella of Di Bernardo Caffè.
The opening of the 'Ice Cream Festival' will begin at 4 p.m. in Largo Abele Mancini, in the city centre of Melfi. Musically entertaining those present will be the 'Cocorito Animation' and for the children, the first consumers and tasters of ice cream excellence, there will be dedicated spaces of pure fun by the animation 'Bubbles of Music'.
Francesco Di Bernardo tells us that his ice cream parlour concept is based on a single fixed point: the highest quality. Any ingredient used is selected for its authenticity e healthinesswithout compromise and without sparing any expense, because it is only by employing raw materials of excellence you get an unrivalled finished product.
Collaboration with Antonio Volpe experienced consultant in the field of semi-finished products for ice cream parlours and pastry shops, sales manager of the company LEAGEL srl manufacturer of ice cream products, was determined to launch a new ice cream concept.
The event is also shared by local institutions. Planned in fact is the intervention of the Mayor of the City of Melfi Giuseppe Maglione who took pleasure and interest in the event on the town's territory.
There will also be an in-depth discussion of the proper nutrition held by the nutritionist Marta Castaldito emphasise the importance of products and the feedstock for the production of ice cream that is 'really good' in every respect.
Moments of dance performances held by the ASD MVMNT Lab will brighten up the event in the background to crown the day with a note of pleasant rhythm.

Also during the evening preserving the ice cream purchase ticket there will be a chance to participate in thecontinuous extraction of an additional ice cream cone.
