Marianna Pezzullo is in a kitchen pleasantly geared to the territory and her son Daniele in the dining room welcomes you with kindness and great competence. His passion is wines and this is clearly evident from the rich and varied wine cellar.
Marianna approached the cookers at a very young age and gained experience in traditional Lucanian cuisine. After an initial experience in the first restaurant in the historic centre of Maratea, in 2018 she started with Daniele "I sapori di Marianna", the current activity with a completely renewed gastronomic "Eno-trattoria" connotation.
Daniele follows a course of study and training that after graduating from hotel management school will lead him to the 'Intrecci' Academy of Advanced Training in dining room management with an internship at the Pipero Roma restaurant.
This was an important stage in structuring his great passion for wine and for the room where he learnt a lot about reception and hospitality.
These are exactly the principles on which the style of the new business is based: receiving guests by offering the feeling of being at home. And with its space, beautiful veranda and surrounding greenery, it can only be so.
