Diet Tiramisu
Rusks in a pleasant tiramisu
Ingredients for 1 person
- 2 - 3 wholemeal rusks;
- enough coffee;
- enough Greek yoghurt;
- just enough bitter cocoa and dark chocolate chips for the filling.
Procedure
Wet the rusk in coffee and fill it with 1 tablespoon of Greek yoghurt.
Repeat the process for the second layer up to a maximum of 3 layers and stuff the top as well.
Sprinkle with enough bitter cocoa powder and dark chocolate chips.
