Lean meat with vegetables
Ingredients for 4 persons
- Turkey breasts: 600 g;
- Courgettes: 4;
- Carrots: 3;
- White wine: ½ glass;
- Extra virgin olive oil: 2 tablespoons
Procedure
Wash the vegetables and cut them into thin slices. Take a baking tray, put a little oil on it and lay the slices of turkey breast, previously lightly salted, and cover them with the carrots and courgettes. Add a sprinkling of grated cheese, a drizzle of oil and about 2 glasses of water.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C, adjusting the temperature according to your oven.
If desired, deglaze with white wine halfway through cooking.
