Delicious fruit and yoghurt popsicles

Ingredients

  • 250 g fresh summer fruit to taste (peach, plum, pineapple, apricot, watermelon, cantaloupe melon, strawberry, kiwi, pineapple, etc.).
  • 250 g non-wholly white non-fat yoghurt or Greek yoghurt.

Procedure

Cut the fruit into pieces and blend, gradually adding the yoghurt until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture into the popsicle moulds.

Leave in the freezer and thaw shortly before consumption.
