Puffed Rice Bars
Exquisite lightness of rice bars
Ingredients
- 50 g puffed rice, or amaranth;
- 100 g of extra dark chocolate;
- 30 g walnuts equal to about 8 - 10 nuts;
- addition of various chopped seeds as desired: sesame, pumpkin, sunflower).
Procedure
Toast puffed rice in the oven until golden brown, or amaranth.
Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate in a bain-marie and chop the nuts. Once all the ingredients are ready, quickly combine them and place the resulting mixture on a tray lined with baking paper.
Allow to cool and cut the bars as desired. Store for 3 to 4 days in an airtight tin container.
