Venus rice with tuna and cherry tomatoes

Ingredients for 1 person

  • Venus rice, 50 g
  • cherry tomatoes, quantity to taste;
  • natural tuna, 50 g;
  • pitted olives, n.4 - 6;
  • extra virgin olive oil, n.1 tablespoon

Procedure

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package, drain it and shell it with a fork.

Cut the cherry tomatoes, add the well-drained natural tuna and olives, season with extra virgin olive oil and add the previously cooked venus rice.

Serve cold.
