Swordfish in crust

The pleasant crunch of swordfish

Ingredients for 4 persons

  • swordfish 4 slices (600 g);
  • lemons: 2;
  • wholemeal breadcrumbs 4 tbsp;
  • 3 tablespoons of Evo oil;
  • oregano q.b.

 

Procedure

Moisten the swordfish slices in oil, sprinkle with oregano (and, if liked and tolerated, chopped chilli pepper), dip them in wholemeal breadcrumbs, pressing lightly with your hands.

Salt them lightly and roast them on a hot grill, both sides. Serve with plenty of lemon juice.

Variant

You can vary this recipe by cooking the fish in the oven with cherry tomatoes, onions and capers.
