Tasty and crunchy snack
Crispy chickpeas are a delicious and healthy snack, perfect for a snack or as an accompaniment to aperitifs.
Ingredients

200 g precooked chickpeas in a tin

2 teaspoons of paprika

Just enough salt

Measured EVO oil thread
Procedure
Rinse the chickpeas under running water and drain them well, removing all residual water - otherwise the chickpeas will not be crispy after cooking in the oven or air fryer.
Place them in a bowl adding a little extra virgin olive oil, paprika and salt and mix well.
Bake at about 180-200° on a baking tray lined with baking paper, adjusting the temperature according to your oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. They will be ready when they become slightly darker. Serve at room temperature and if necessary add a pinch of salt.
Tips
- You can experiment with different spices, such as cayenne pepper, cumin or oregano, to vary the flavour.
- If you prefer an alternative cooking method, you can use an air fryer following a similar procedure.
