Bramea is the multi-purpose project capable of merging different souls. It was born in Palazzo San Gervasio, inside an ancient ruin owned by the noble D'Errico family.

Between the kitchen and the dining room, a virtuous circle develops for a course that puts the customer at the centre: both the dishes and the welcome, the mise en place and the wines, can be considered both object and concept.

To welcome you, Francesco Lorusso (chef) and Antonio Menchise (director of dining) returned to Basilicata after tours around the world.
