L\u2019atmosfera \u00e8 quella giusta al \u2018<strong>Main Street in Potenza<\/strong>tables animated by conversation that becomes enjoyable with the right company, a pleasant temperature and a piano bar in the background.<\/p>\n<p>Protagonists of the evening were the new <strong>Title 'Pink Edition'<\/strong> of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elenafuccivini.com\/\"><strong>Elena Fucci Winery<\/strong><\/a> by <strong>Barrel<\/strong> paired with the fish cuisine of the well-known and eccentric <strong>Chef Pasquale Torrente<\/strong> restaurant owner<a href=\"http:\/\/www.alconvento.net\/\"> <strong>At the Convent<\/strong> by <strong>Cetara<\/strong><\/a>. Right requirements for a perfect event.<\/p>\n<p>We ask <strong>Elena Fucci<\/strong> to tell us how this evening came about. \"My Cantina project recently turned 20 years old. A young idea that has matured, and looking back at it every step of the way has been characterised by the underlying concept of the project, constantly setting new, concrete goals that would push me enthusiastically towards a new goal. <strong>Title 'Pink Edition'<\/strong> is perfectly consistent with this vision. A pleasant wine that, although ros\u00e9, is structured entirely on an Aglianico base. This evening intends to present it, to wine enthusiasts and experts, in one of its most successful pairings, fish dishes. The collaboration with Chef Torrente has the effect of properly enhancing its potential'.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1800\" src=\"https:\/\/typigo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/fucci-02-posticino.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1077\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the courses of the evening's menu are served on the table and the pairing with the 'Pink Edition' could not be more exciting.<\/p>\n<p>When even the <strong>Chef Pasquale Torrente<\/strong> appears from the kitchens we let him tell us about the event from his point of view. \"Collaborations with this territory have captured my interest for some time now and I have become increasingly passionate about them, such as the one with <strong>Luigi<\/strong> club owner '<strong>The Little Place<\/strong>' hosting us this evening.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1801\" src=\"https:\/\/typigo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/fucci-03-posticino.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1077\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I like the idea, continues Chef Torrente, of spreading and making known my concept of seafood cuisine.
