L\u2019atmosfera \u00e8 quella giusta al \u2018<strong>Posticino Main Street di Potenza<\/strong>, i tavoli animati dalla conversazione che si fa piacevole con la compagnia giusta, una gradevole temperatura e un piano bar di sottofondo.<\/p>\n<p>Protagonisti della serata il nuovo <strong>Titolo \u2018Pink Edition\u2019<\/strong> della <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elenafuccivini.com\/\"><strong>Cantina Elena Fucci<\/strong><\/a> di <strong>Barile<\/strong> in abbinamento alla cucina di pesce del noto ed eccentrico <strong>Chef Pasquale Torrente<\/strong> proprietario del ristorante<a href=\"http:\/\/www.alconvento.net\/\"> <strong>Al Convento<\/strong> di <strong>Cetara<\/strong><\/a>. Requisiti giusti per un evento perfetto.<\/p>\n<p>Chiediamo ad <strong>Elena Fucci<\/strong> di raccontarci come nasce questa serata. \u201cIl mio progetto di Cantina ha compiuto da poco 20 anni. Una giovane idea che \u00e8 diventata matura e osservandola a ritroso ogni passo \u00e8 stato caratterizzato dal concetto portante del progetto, fissare costantemente obiettivi nuovi, concreti e che mi spingessero con entusiasmo verso una nuova meta. <strong>Titolo \u2018Pink Edition\u2019<\/strong> \u00e8 perfettamente coerente con questa visione. Un vino gradevole che per quanto rosato \u00e8 strutturato completamente su base aglianico. Questa serata intende presentarlo, agli appassionati e agli esperti di vino, in uno dei suoi abbinamenti pi\u00f9 riusciti, le portate di pesce. La collaborazione con lo Chef Torrente ha l\u2019effetto di esaltare correttamente le sue potenzialit\u00e0\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1800\" src=\"https:\/\/typigo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/fucci-02-posticino.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1077\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Nel frattempo le portate del menu della serata sono servite in tavola e l\u2019abbinamento con il \u2018Pink Edition\u2019 non potrebbe essere pi\u00f9 esaltante.<\/p>\n<p>Quando anche lo <strong>Chef Pasquale Torrente<\/strong> appare dalle cucine ci facciamo raccontare l\u2019evento dal suo punto di vista. \u201cLe collaborazione con questo territorio hanno catturato il mio interesse gi\u00e0 da qualche tempo e mi appassionano sempre di pi\u00f9 come quella con <strong>Luigi<\/strong> proprietario del locale \u2018<strong>Il Posticino<\/strong>\u2019 che ci ospita questa sera.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1801\" src=\"https:\/\/typigo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/fucci-03-posticino.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1077\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Mi piace l\u2019idea, prosegue lo Chef Torrente, di diffondere e fare conoscere il mio concetto di cucina di mare. Questa inoltre \u00e8 una terra ricca di prodotti e realt\u00e0 aziendali davvero interessanti. <strong>Elena Fucci<\/strong> ne \u00e8 l\u2019esempio una Cantina che rappresenta una vera eccellenza e con la quale \u00e8 stato davvero interessante costruire gli abbinamenti di questa serata, che vedo sono stati anche particolarmente graditi.
