Baked cannelloni
Spinach filling and tomato sauce with lean minced meat
Ingredients
- Cannelloni: 50 g;
- Tomato puree: 100 g;
- Fresh minced meat: 100 g
- spinach (also frozen), 200 g
- Basil, to taste;
- Grated Parmesan cheese: 1 tablespoon;
- Extra virgin olive oil: 1 tablespoon
Procedure
In a saucepan, cook the chopped fresh meat together with the tomato puree. In another pan, sauté the spinach and when cooked, sprinkle with just enough grated cheese for flavour. Stuff the cannelloni with the previously cooked spinach and place them next to each other in a baking dish. Pour over the minced meat and tomato mixture and sprinkle with just enough Parmesan cheese. Bake according to your oven for the time indicated on the cannelloni package.
