Chocolate chip cookies
A simple and good biscuit biscuits with chocolate
Ingredients
- 225 g rice flour;
- 75 g 0 flour;
- 80 g potato starch;
- 150 g sifted sugar;
- 100 ml EVO oil;
- 3 whole medium eggs;
- 1 packet of baking powder;
- grated peel of 1 - 2 lemons or orange.
Procedure
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar using a fork or a whisk.
Add the sifted flour, the sachet of baking powder, the grated peel of a lemon and finally the EVO oil.
Mix the dough to a soft consistency and let it rest in the refrigerator covered with cling film for at least 15 minutes.
Then, with the help of a spoon or a pastry bag, pour the mixture in clumps onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake at about 125° and depending on your oven for about 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
Allow the biscuits to cool. Store them in a hermetically sealed tin container for about 3 to 4 days.
Variant
Chopped nuts of your choice, 30 g equal to 8 walnuts; extra dark chocolate chips, 50 g.
