Cod fillet with walnuts and pine nuts
Good flavours with cod fillet
Ingredients for 1 person
- Fresh or well-frozen cod, 150 g;
- tomato pulp, 100 g
- walnuts, 15 g;
- pine nuts, 10 g
- oregano, q.b;
- Extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon.
Procedure
Pour the tomato pulp into an oven dish, lay the filleted cod pieces on top, add the oregano, walnuts and chopped pine nuts. Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes, adjusting according to your oven.
When the cooking is finished and before serving, pour in the measured amount of oil.
