Soft brioche

The taste of fruit in a soft brioche

Ingredients

  • 150 g sifted flour (type 0, 1 or 2);
  • 125 g sifted sugar;
  • 70 ml EVO oil;
  • 3 medium eggs;
  • 1 packet of yeast;
  • 2 apples cut into small pieces:
  • No. 8 walnuts.

 

Procedure

Whip the eggs with the sugar with an electric whisk.

Add the EVO oil, sifted flour and sachet of baking powder and mix with the help of a spoon.

Finally, add the chopped apples and chopped walnuts. Bake at about 125° and depending on your oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Let cool and dust with icing sugar.

 

Variant

No. 3 small pears and about 50 g unsweetened cocoa powder;

alternatively 7-8 strawberries;

alternatively 15 cherries;

alternatively seasonal fruit.
