White meat second course with spices

Ingredients for 1 person

  • Chicken breast, 150 g
  • semi-skimmed milk, as much as 100-150 ml;
  • pepper, seasoning to taste (sage, chives, turmeric)
  • enough coffee.

Procedure

Flour the chicken breast bites (or simply slice them) previously lightly salted and place in a pan with 1/2 glass of water, season to taste, pepper if desired and cook slowly over a gentle heat.

Then cover the meat with as much milk as desired to reach the desired sauce density and continue cooking over low heat.
