Meat and vegetable nuggets
Ingredients
- Vegetables to taste (pumpkin, courgettes, peppers, etc.)
- Meat chunks (chicken, veal, etc.)
- Vinegar
- Olive oil
- Halls
- Pepe
- Slices of bread for bruschettas
Procedure
- Preparation of Ingredients:
- Wash the vegetables well and cut them into chunks.
- Salt the meat morsels.
- Condiment:
- Sprinkle a few drops of vinegar on the meat morsels.
- Prepare a sauce with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to season the vegetables.
- Cooking Meat:

- Thread the meat morsels and pieces of endive alternately onto the sticks, continuing until all the ingredients are used up.
- Grilling:
- Heat a grill and cook the skewers, turning them frequently until evenly browned.

- Serve the kebabs hot accompanied by slices of toasted bread.
Additional advice:
- You can enrich the skewers by adding other vegetables such as onions, radicchio, fennel, etc.
- If you want a stronger flavour, you can marinate the meat with herbs before cooking.
