Ingredients for about 20 truffles

  • 200 g ricotta
  • 20 g dried coconut if desired (optional)
  • 40 g of bitter cocoa powder
  • 15 g whole cane sugar or 20 g stevia
  • Enough bitter cocoa powder to decorate

Procedure

Mix the ricotta cheese with the bitter cocoa powder and stevia or whole cane sugar until smooth. If you like, you can also add dried coconut. Create balls with the help of spoons and dip them in the bitter cocoa powder for decoration to coat the outside. Place the truffles on a tray and refrigerate for at least an hour before eating them so they cool.

Variant

You can also use just enough dried coconut or pistachio nuts for the outside decoration.
